Supplement Label Decoder
Search a product or paste its label. The decoder will flag common ingredient forms, label terminology, additives, fillers, sweeteners and processing aids that are useful when comparing products.
Paste · Analyse · Understand
What do the lookup confidence labels mean?
High confidence means verified catalogue data or a strongly structured match. Check label means useful product information was found but should be checked against the current pack. Limited data means important fields may be missing. Confidence describes the lookup data — not product quality.
Smart Lookup imports the product information it can identify online. Online listings may omit capsule shells, fillers, sweeteners or other non-active ingredients, so paste the full current ingredients list as well if you want the most complete additive/excipient check.
PrivacyPasted label text is analysed in your browser and is not added to the optional marketing profile. If you use Smart Lookup, only the product name or URL you search is sent to the lookup service.
Dosage & Value Comparator
Search products automatically or enter them manually. The comparison keeps price, dosage, formula breadth, ingredient-form context and daily routine separate so one cheap pill is not treated as equivalent to a comprehensive formula.
If a comprehensive multi-nutrient formula is compared with a single-nutrient product, the tool will flag that they are not directly like-for-like. It never awards an overall “winner”, and a higher dose or lower price is not automatically treated as better value.
Smart Lookup uses the same CoreOptimise® Cloudflare product lookup used by the Supplement Audit. Auto-filled information should always be checked against the current product label.
What do the lookup confidence labels mean?
High confidence means verified catalogue data or a strongly structured match. Check label means useful information was found but should be checked against the current pack. Limited data means important fields may be missing. Confidence is about data completeness — not supplement quality.
No sponsored placements · CoreOptimise® products are evaluated under the same comparison rules as other products.
Ingredient & Form Checker
Search a common ingredient or form to understand what it is, what is worth comparing, and what the form does — and does not — tell you.

No gate, no forced recommendation. If these tools are useful, you can opt in to occasional CoreOptimise® evidence, product-comparison and tool updates.
Transparent methodology
How CoreOptimise® compares products
No single factor determines “best”. The tools keep four different questions separate so cheaper, higher-dose or more complex products are not automatically treated as better.
Tools methodology v1.0 · Evidence links use primary, official or peer-reviewed sources where practical · Reference set reviewed September 2026
01Dose
What active amount is actually declared per serving, including elemental amounts where relevant.
02Form
Ingredient form is useful context, but it is not awarded arbitrary “premium” points or treated as proof of superiority.
03Cost
Price, cost per serving and comparable pack metrics are shown separately from formulation quality.
04Routine
Formula breadth and daily pills or scoops are shown so convenience and complexity remain visible.
