Stack Simplicity
Why we built it
Supplement routines have a habit of becoming complicated. A multivitamin gets added to magnesium, vitamin D, creatine, collagen, electrolytes and other individual products — often without ever looking at the stack as a whole.
The CoreOptimise® Supplement Audit brings those products together in one place. Using the information from the labels you enter, it helps you see repeated ingredients, recorded daily intake, routine complexity and the real monthly and annual cost of your stack.
We built it because transparency is one of the principles behind CoreOptimise®. Understanding what you already take should come before deciding whether you need something new.
See when the same active appears across multiple products.
Bring the daily label amounts from different supplements into one view.
Estimate what your current routine costs each month and across a year.
Identify where several products may genuinely be doing the job of fewer.
Agnostic by design
The Supplement Audit does not automatically recommend CoreOptimise® products and it does not assume that a larger stack is a bad one. If the products you already use make sense together, the audit can tell you that too.
Where the labels show a genuine opportunity to simplify, the report may help you compare your routine with products such as Creollagen® or CoreFoundation®. The important word is compare: the tool is there to make quantities, overlap and costs easier to understand so you can make a more informed decision.
Step 1 of 3
This helps us make the report relevant. It does not turn the audit into a medical assessment.
Have your supplement labels nearby. You’ll need each product’s price, how long the pack lasts, your daily pills or scoops, and the main active ingredients shown on the label.
For adults aged 18+. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition or using prescribed supplements, check changes with a qualified healthcare professional.
Step 2 of 3
Use the daily serving shown on each label. Adding the key active ingredients makes the repeated-ingredient and reference checks much more useful.
Your analysis is ready

Your Supplement Audit
Your report is based only on the products and label amounts you entered.
Stack Simplicity Score
Repeated ingredients
Your recorded daily intake
| Active ingredient | Recorded daily total | Products | Label NRV |
|---|
* NRV is the adult nutrient reference value used for GB/UK food labelling. It is not your personal requirement, an “optimal” target or a safety ceiling. Percentages here reflect the supplements you entered and exclude food.
Reference & research context
This section keeps three ideas separate: label NRVs, official UK guidance and amounts commonly used in human research. A higher number is not automatically better or worse.
Cost & complexity
| Product | Type | Daily items | Monthly cost |
|---|
Potential simplification
Your next steps
The score measures routine simplicity and data clarity — not health, deficiency, effectiveness or product quality. It starts at 100 and applies transparent deductions for repeated ingredients across products, higher product/daily-item burden, and products entered without active-ingredient details.
Cost, NRV percentage and research-dose context do not change the score. That separation is deliberate so the calculator does not reward CoreOptimise® products or penalise a legitimate higher-dose routine.
This audit is educational, not medical advice or a diagnosis. It uses the supplement label information you entered and does not include dietary intake, medicines, medical history, blood results, absorption or individual requirements. Do not stop prescribed products or change a clinician-directed dose without professional advice.
Reference context uses official label NRVs, selected NHS adult guidance and selected human-research literature. Research ranges vary by outcome and are shown for context rather than as guaranteed “effective doses”.
Enter the amount in your total daily serving — not the whole pack.
