🔹 CoreOptimise™ Refund Policy

At CoreOptimise™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened supplement containers for health and safety reasons.

✅ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

✅ Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue with your order.

✅ How to Start a Return

✅ Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then contact your bank or card provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
