Privacy & Data Choices

My CoreOptimise® gives you control over the information you choose to save or connect. Health & Performance features are optional, and you can change your choices at any time.
Apple Health
If you use the CoreOptimise® iPhone companion app, Apple controls HealthKit permission at data-type level. You can review or revoke CoreOptimise® access through the Health app or your iPhone privacy settings.
Revoking Apple Health permission stops future access by the app. It may not automatically remove information that has already been synchronised to My CoreOptimise®. To remove previously imported Apple Health information, use Disconnect & delete imported data in My CoreOptimise®.
Android Health Connect
You can review or revoke Health Connect permissions through your Android device. To remove data previously imported into My CoreOptimise®, use Disconnect & delete imported data for Health Connect.
AI Context Intelligence
AI Context Intelligence is optional and has a separate permission in My CoreOptimise®.
When enabled, selected Health & Performance information, your saved supplement Stack and relevant saved Intelligence context may be processed through the CoreOptimise® backend and OpenAI's API to generate your requested summary.
You can turn AI Context Intelligence off at any time. Turning it off stops new AI-assisted processing but does not automatically delete the underlying Health Profile information you separately chose to save.
Export your Health & Performance data
Use the Export Health & Performance control in My CoreOptimise® to download the available health context associated with your profile.
Delete Health & Performance data
Use the Health & Performance deletion controls in My CoreOptimise® to clear saved Health Profile information. Connected sources can also be disconnected individually using Disconnect & delete imported data.
Deleting Health Profile data does not delete your Shopify orders or general CoreOptimise customer account.
Health data and marketing
Health information obtained through Apple Health / HealthKit or Android Health Connect is not used by CoreOptimise® for targeted advertising, advertising measurement or direct-marketing profiling, and it is not sold to data brokers.
Data-protection requests
For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or consent-withdrawal requests that are not available through the self-service controls, email contactteam@coreoptimise.co.uk with the subject line Data Protection Request.
