Best comparison question Do I want creatine and collagen together in substantial daily amounts? Do I want a high-strength daily vitamin/mineral foundation in one scoop?

Can they be used in the same routine?

The formulas are intentionally different. Creollagen® centres on collagen, creatine and vitamin C, while CoreFoundation® centres on vitamins, minerals and trace nutrients. That means they are designed to complement rather than simply duplicate one another.

When combining supplements, always consider your total intake from food and other products—particularly vitamin D, vitamin K, magnesium, zinc, iodine and selenium. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are under clinical supervision, seek appropriate professional advice before changing your supplement routine.
